I acknowledge that Scot Surf and its staff will take all reasonable care and precaution to ensure a safe environment. However, I accept that they will not be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage to person or property that I or my child may sustain during this activity or in any future sessions undertaken with Scot Surf.

I understand and accept that participation in water-based activities such as surfing or paddle boarding involves inherent risks. These may include, but are not limited to:

• Collision with other surfers or paddle boarders
   

• Impact with surfboards, paddle boards, rocks, beach structures, or the ocean floor
   

• Exposure to changing weather and water conditions
   

• Contact with marine life (e.g. jellyfish)
   

• Physical exertion and fatigue
   

I confirm that I, or my child, am/is able to swim and can demonstrate basic water safety skills such as treading water and floating. I understand that this is a requirement for participation in surfing or paddleboard lessons.

By submitting this form, I give my full consent for myself or my child to participate in sessions with Scot Surf and accept full responsibility for any associated risks.
